Jessica Costa, M.Ed is the Principal Designee for Grades 3–5 Curriculum & Instruction (since 2022), bringing a strong elementary and special education foundation with an M.S. in Elementary Education (Special Education concentration) and extensive classroom experience focused on rigorous standards-based instruction.
She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
Her background emphasizes using student data to drive whole-group, small-group, and individualized learning; delivering Tier 1–3 academic interventions; supporting IEP implementation; and building collaborative team culture through PLCs, data teams, and grade-level planning—strengths that align directly with leading curriculum and instructional improvement across upper elementary grades.
