Christopher Bartlett has served as Dean of Students & Athletics Director (Dean since September 2025) and is a veteran educator with 27 years in education, known for strong leadership, organization, and a student-centered approach that supports both behavior systems and school culture.
As a Physical Education Teacher/Department Head at Discovery Academy of Science since 2019 and Athletic Director since 2023, he launched and grew the school’s athletics program, expanded competitive and intramural opportunities, managed coaches and operations, and built community support through fundraising and program development—experience that translates naturally into student leadership, engagement, and campus-wide systems for success.
