2021/2022 FLL Robotics Presentation and Form 

FIRST^® LEGO^® League guides youth through STEM learning and exploration at an early age. From Discover, to Explore, and then to Challenge, students will understand the basics of STEM and apply their skills in an exciting competition while building habits of learning, confidence, and teamwork skills along the way.

We are fortunate to have eight Lego WeDo kits so students work in pairs instead of larger groups. The Lego program is implemented in science class by dividing the into pairs and having each team of two work on assigned projects independently.

The students actually do some computer programming, adding commands for movement and sound to the project via a laptop computer. This helps students improve their communication and critical thinking skills and also challenges them to think abstractly. They write a computer program that makes project move, dance or sing.
